Nice family getaway
We spent 2 nights and had a spacious room with a great mountain view! The staff were super friendly and my daughter loved the kids' playroom. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options but wish they had more fresh fruit. Had some trouble with the TV channels but they managed to fix it. Overall, decent stay!

Recommend it for families seeking adventure
I gotta say, the buffet breakfast was just insane! So many choices, I thought I died and went to heaven, honey straight from the bee's nest, I mean c’mon! And the kids had a blast in the playroom, like they were in their own little world while we relaxed.
It wasn't cheap, but for a place that offers this much comfort, I'd say it was reasonable.

Inviting, Inviting, Inviting
The spa experience was very nice, with a variety of saunas and the tranquil indoor pool perfect for relaxation. I loved the spacious, modern room featuring a lovely balcony with a fine view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast offered a good range of options, so I never had the same meal twice, and everything was delicious!

missingWrote a review on Mar 21spacious suiterelaxing spanoisy mornings
The Deluxe Family Suite with Spa Access touts ample space with nice decor, providing a comfortable stay. A well-equipped spa area enhances relaxation, although it could use consistent upkeep.
Despite some appealing aspects, the mattress felt overly soft, making it hard to find a good night's sleep. The hallway noise from cleaning staff can be disruptive in the early morning hours, and the bathrooms lack ventilation, which can be a bit claustrophobic. The advertised coffee machine is a kettle with instant coffee packets, not quite fitting for a deluxe suite experience. Additionally, although the spa area is nice, it suffers from overcrowding and limited adult supervision, which could be a concern for families. The breakfast scene is often chaotic, with long waits and average quality that doesn’t match expectations for the price.

The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, featuring both savory and sweet items that satisfied our family's tastes. The two-bedroom suite offered a comfortable and spacious environment, perfect for relaxing after a day out. However, the elevator service was often crowded, making it preferable to take the stairs. The pool area became quite chaotic with children splashing around, which detracted from a calm atmosphere. Parking is limited and could be more organized.

The stay had its highlights with a well-maintained room that offered beautiful mountain views and a breakfast with a varied selection. However, the spa access was limited and not very kid-friendly during our visit, leading to a less relaxing experience. While the location is advantageous, clearer communication regarding amenities could enhance guest satisfaction.
